  • Open Task Manager [Alt+Ctrl+Delete]

  • Locate "wgatray.exe" in the process menu and Click End.
  • Then Restart Your PC.
  • Login to safe mode by pressing F8 key before system getting boot.
  • After getting to your desktop, Open MY Computer 
  • Navigate to WgaTray.exe from c:\Windows\System32 and delete it.
  • Also delete WgaTray.exe from c:\Windows\System32\dllcache.
  • NB:If cannot find these files it may be hidden. Unhide files to access it.
  • Now open Run and type regedit and click OK.

  • Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft\Windows NT > CurrentVersion > Winlogon >Notify
  • Delete  Wgalogon Folder and its contents.
  • Not You are done.
  • Restart Your PC.
